Can I set my own cancellation policy?

Yes, of course!

We have three default options for you to choose from: flexible, moderate or strict. 

But if you'd like to set your own, that's fine too :) You can do that when you first list your venue profile. Or if you already have a profile... then follow these steps:

Log in to venuescanner.com

Go to https://profile.venuescanner.com/profile/manage-venues

Click "Cancellation & deposits" at the top of the page

Set your custom cancellation policy and then be sure to click save at the bottom of the page
