How do I cancel my booking?

Made a booking you no longer need? No problem. Just a couple of things to be aware of before getting in touch. 

If it's less than 7 days since you confirmed and paid for the venue through VenueScanner's online payment platform, we guarantee you a full refund. 

If, however, the Venue Host opted to take payment directly from you or the 7 days since paying through VenueScanner have expired, we'll refer to the Venue Host's own cancellation policy, which is clearly visible on the venue page and against the original enquiry in your VS Inbox.  In this case, you may incur a charge from the Venue Host depending on their own cancellation policy. In addition, a VenueScanner cancellation charge will also be due, which is up to 5% of your expected or contracted spend at the venue.
