How do I remove my venue?

There's no restriction on removing your venue from the platform. 

Simply a few checks we'll need to make on our end...

Exactly which venues you wish to remove

Reviewing open enquiries with you to mark them as closed or booked where possible

Confirm your understanding that any enquiries still open will be liable to booking commission should they convert into a booking

If you've paid for any subscriptions, they'll be forfeited unless you're in a 90 day money back guarantee period. 

Any requests to remove your venue from VenueScanner should be sent by email to hello@venuescanner.com from the email address that owns the account.
